Effective 1 January 2026. These terms apply to the QNTOR website and platform access operated by Bytewave L.L.C-FZ.
QNTOR is operated by Bytewave L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company incorporated in the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority. Registered address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Bytewave L.L.C-FZ is the legal entity responsible for the QNTOR platform, website and services.
These terms govern use of the QNTOR website and platform operated by Bytewave L.L.C-FZ. Enterprise deployments are additionally governed by a signed order form and service agreement, which prevail in case of conflict.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys issued to your workspace, and for the activity of users you authorise.
You may not use the platform to violate law, infringe third-party rights, attempt to breach isolation between workspaces, or process data you lack the rights to process.
You retain all rights to your data, prompts, fine-tuned artefacts and outputs generated for your workspace, subject to third-party model licences that apply to the models you select.
Generative models can produce inaccurate content. Outputs are provided without warranty of accuracy and should be reviewed before use in regulated or high-risk decisions.
Service levels, support response times and maintenance windows are defined in the applicable enterprise agreement. Trials and evaluation environments are provided as-is.
Usage-based and committed pricing is set out in your order form. Compute and storage consumption is metered and reported in the console.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited as stated in the enterprise agreement.
Either party may terminate as set out in the enterprise agreement. On termination you may export your data for a defined period before deletion.
We may update these terms for the website and self-serve access. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
