Privacy Policy
Effective 1 January 2026. This policy explains how QNTOR handles personal data and customer data.
1. Data we process
We process contact details you submit through our forms (name, company, work email, role context) and technical data required to operate the platform, such as authentication events, request metadata and usage metrics.
2. Customer data
Content you send to models, documents you ingest into knowledge collections and datasets used for fine-tuning remain your data. We process it to deliver the service you configured and do not use it to train models for other customers.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and secure the platform, meet contractual obligations and comply with applicable law. Where required, processing relies on your consent or our legitimate interest in operating the service.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. Operational logs are retained on defined schedules and then deleted or anonymised.
5. Sub-processors
We use infrastructure and tooling providers to host and operate the platform. Sub-processors are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and a current list is available on request.
6. Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, network isolation and audit logging. QNTOR does not claim certifications that have not been obtained.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact privacy@qntor.com to exercise these rights.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
